Week 6: Spring Cleaning for the Mind, Body, and Spirit

(4/22-4/28)

Declutter your physical space, clear mental clutter, and release emotional baggage.

Dedicate time to self care practices that rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Create space for new energy to flow into your life by letting go of what no longer serves you.

This week’s divination:

Tarot–oracle–runes–etc. Whatever your method is, tap into the higher source or intuitive self and make a note. This isn’t meant as an entire exercise, but a brief “check in” with intuitive energy.

How does this week’s divination pertain to clearing away the old to make way for the new?

This week’s meditation chant:

I release what no longer serves me, clearing away the clutter and debris in my mind, and the emotions that linger after they’ve served their purpose. With each breath, I cleanse and purify my mind, body, and spirit, creating space for rebirth and restoration.

This week’s prayer:

Divine source of cleansing, I surrender to your purifying energy and love. As I release what no longer serves me, may your healing waves wash away all traces of released negativity and restore balance and harmony to my whole self.

End-of-Week Journal Prompt:

Instructions:

Find a quiet place (as much as you’re able) and a time when you’re not overly tired. If you’re able to include aromatherapy, do so: warm, inviting scents in whatever form is the most soothing for you. Be comfortable. Dress for the temperature and keep hydration nearby. Sit at ease. Then, open your journal and take up your “quill”:

What clutter did I release from my life this week, both physically and mentally? How did decluttering my space and mind contribute to a sense of liberation and renewal?
